"Hi Pati & Bruce-  I just wanted to tell you how much we loved the dinner you prepared.  It was perfect for my parents' 50th anniversary.  It was so nice to be able to enjoy the dinner all together.  We could really relax and enjoy each other's company without worring aboout cooking, serving, and cleaning up.  You were so accommodating with all our food requests and individualizing the meals for our varied tastes and allergies.  Your assitance with menu choices was greatly appreciated.  I loved the crab cakes.  There are many variations for crab cakes, but I liked your traditional presentation with a choice of 2 sauces to accent them.  Yum!  The shrimp scampi with fettucine was wonderful.  The shrimp were prepared perfectly and the flavors were wonderful.  It was so nice of you to specially prepare a chicken scampi for my sister who does not like shrimp.  Her's was great too (I stole a taste or two!!).  The creme brulee was soooo decadent and delicious.  I should have ordered 2 for everyone.  On top of that, you and Bruce are so pleasant and professional; we felt like kings and queens.  You played a large part in making my parents' anniversary wonderful!  Appreciatively,"

Our Dinner Party Service includes a client assessment to create a custom menu plan for you based on your budget, taste preferences, and dietary requests.
For those staying in a vacation rental we can use our knowledge of local food sources to create fabulous meals for you thus removing the hassle of locating all the ingredients by yourself.

We also provide preparation service by handling all the tasks of grocery shopping, preparing the meals, and storing the food; all you do is serve it to your guests. Of course if you want to focus your time on entertaining instead, we are happy to serve the food buffet-style or tableside, and we always handle the kitchen clean-up for you as well!

For weddings, you can use our private in-home catering resources to organize a small dinner party before the ceremony such as a rehearsal dinner, or afterwards as a way to say ‘Thanks’ to your wedding party. A Dinner Party Gift Certificate can be given to the newlyweds for a unique and thoughtful gift.
