A Posto Personal Chef Services LLC has partnered with Rouxbe Cooking School to offer our clientele access to a truly outstanding culinary training experience in addition to our other personalized cooking instruction services. What makes the Rouxbe Cooking School superb is its online video library featuring currently sixty nine online video cooking lessons and over one thousand step-by-step videos. 

Additionally, this fully integrated culinary program includes practice video recipes, culinary chef exercises, progress reporting, cooking quizzes, personal chef support and a content rich blog site. And best of all, the Rouxbe Cooking School is adding new content on a monthly basis in support of its being the web’s first-ever online cooking school. 

The goal of the Rouxbe Cooking School is “to help you become a better and more confident cook by teaching you basic to advanced cooking skills and techniques – the same things that chefs learn in a professional cooking school – so you can be free from being a slave to just recipes.” Our Personal Chefs, Pati D’Eliseo and Bruce Birt have personally reviewed the online cooking video lessons and found the content on the Rouxbe website to be of high quality and full of useful culinary information.
