Our In-Home Personal Chef Service includes a client assessment interview to learn about your eating preferences, and to review any weight management, or special diets in support of a medical condition. The information obtained is used to create a custom menu including fresh food items and/or entrees to be frozen for later use. You have the fun of selecting the menu items you want to eat from our extensive recipe library with the assistance of our personal chefs.
We offer a vacation chef for hire program for those people staying in a coastal home enjoying a family vacation or time off here on the Oregon Coast. Our Vacation Chef Services provide you with prepared meals in your temporary home allowing you to focus your energies on your vacation instead of cooking. Additionally, you can hire us to create fabulous meals using sustainable ingredients found on the Oregon Coast like our fresh seafood and shellfish, our specialty beers and regional wines, our locally grown produce, and our artisanal food products. You can design a dining experience that is truly reflective of the best offerings of the Oregon Coast.
After the menu planning is done, our personal chefs handle all the tasks of grocery shopping, preparing the meals, packaging and storing the food in either the refrigerator or freezer, and cleaning up the kitchen.
