Our chef services include custom menu planning designed around your taste preferences. When you chose to use either our Personal Chef or Vacation Chef Services, we will arrive on your scheduled cook date with the groceries in hand, prepare, package, and leave them in the refrigerator for you to enjoy during the week, along with detailed re-heating instructions. The packages will be dated so you will know which ones need to be eaten first, and we will let you know which ones can be frozen to enjoy at a later date.
The dishes you will find listed vary in ethnic cuisine, technique and cooking styles. Please remember that these menu selections are only a few examples of our recipe library and that we use the information gathered from our initial conversations to develop your custom menu plan. Have fun reviewing the menus; you’ll probably be hungry when you are done!
*Note: Items with an asterisk after the title in the menu selections pages are not part of the personal chef meal packages due to cost of the ingredients. These items can be added for the extra cost of the ingredients plus a 15% surcharge for pantry items.
