A Posto Personal Chef Services LLC offers a variety of In-Home Personal Chef Services available for residents and visitors living here on the Oregon Coast. Our service area includes the coastal communities of Pacific City and Neskowin located in Tillamook County. In Lincoln County, our community coverage includes the following: Lincoln City, Gleneden Beach, Lincoln Beach, Depoe Bay, Otter Rock, Newport, Toledo, Siletz, South Beach, Seal Rock, Waldport and Yachats, and in Lane County: Florence.
Our company services are as follows: Personal Chef, Vacation Chef, Small Dinner Parties, Wedding Services, Family Reunions and Group Events, Cooking Classes, One-on-One Instruction and Shop with the Chef. Some of these services involve our personal chefs performing the tasks of grocery shopping, food preparation, and refrigeration/freezer storage of the menu items without any client participation. In other situations, we work with the client directly either in a private session or within a group setting. While each chef service is designed to be a separate activity, we can combine multiple services together to customize a plan that addresses your specific needs. Chef Patricia (Pati) D’Eliseo is the Executive Chef of the company and oversees the general operation of the business. Pati is broadly versed on international cuisines, ethnic and spicy foods, and loves creating and preparing menu items that are delicious and healthy. While her food knowledge and skills cover a wide variety of ethic and American cuisines, she specializes in Italian food, and our fresh, locally caught seafood and shellfish. She also enjoys sharing her culinary experiences and seasonal recipes working as a chef instructor.
Pati is the creative force behind our company blog site known as La Cucina Stagionale. This blog provides educational and entertaining information on a variety of food-related topics. You can also find us on Facebook and Pinterest
Chef Bruce Birt is the Sous Chef of the company and works closely with Pati on all client assignments. He shares the same passion for food and wine. Bruce’s specialties include artisanal salads and fine homemade pizzas.
Our company operations are based in Newport, but due to the mobile nature of our personal chef business, we spend most of our time working in our client’s kitchen. Therefore, we have developed flexible ways for our clientele to communicate with us based on their personal preference, whether it’s through a phone call or via E-Mail.
