Planning a party, meeting, or retreat and know what you have in mind?  The following menu is just for you!  Each item is priced a la carte so you can decide how much you'd like to eat and spend.  If you don't see anything you like, we can customize a menu for your event; it will be delicious either way!

Appetizers $5.00 per Person

  • Stuffed Roasted Mushrooms (Breadcrumbs, Garlic, Parsley, Parmesan Cheese)
  • Stuffed Roasted Zucchini (Ricotta cheese, lemon, garlic, mint, chives)
  • Bruschetta (Tomato, Basil & Garlic, White Bean Puree, Chopped Mushrooms, Olive)
  • 'Caprese on a Stick' (Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, and Mini Mozzarella Skeweres)

 

Appetizers $8.00 per Person

  • Prosciutto-wrapped Shrimp
  • Mini Crab Cakes with Romesco Sauce
  • Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Pink Shrimp & Avocado Stuffed Belgian Endive
  • Bagna Cauda (Olive Oil, Garlic and Anchovy Dip) with Fresh Vegetables
  • Goat Cheese (Herbed and Baked or Topped with Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oli) with Baguette and Crackers
  • Beef or Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

 

 Small Plates $10.00 per Person

  • Shrimp and Cannellini Bean Salad
  • Mini Sausage or Beef Meatbals in Tomato Sauce
  • Swiss Chard Stuffed with Truffled Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Shrimp Scampi
  • Scallops Pan Roast with Cherry Tomatoes, Galric and Fresh Herbs
  • Chicken Milanese (Chicken Cutlets topped with Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, and Garlic Dressing)
  • Gravlax with Bagels, Onion, Capers, and Cream Cheese

 

Dessert $5.00 per Person
